I’m Kari, a busy momma of 4 and a passionate advocate for empowering women to achieve their goals—whether that’s negotiating better compensation, growing a small business, or finding comfort during challenging times. With over a decade of experience helping others grow in their careers and businesses, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women unlock their full potential through personalized coaching and support.

As the founder of mpowhermd, I specialize in compensation coaching for female physicians, offering tailored guidance to help women navigate salary negotiations, contract reviews, and strategic career planning. I also work closely with entrepreneurs through my small business coaching, providing practical advice and tools for building successful businesses.

In addition to my coaching work, I run a non-profit initiative called Wrapped in Love, where we provide handmade blankets to women in need, offering them comfort and care during difficult times.

My goal is simple: to provide women with the tools, resources, and support they need to create the life they deserve—both professionally and personally.
